Our culinary experience went on an exciting journey last year. We launched the new all day menu with a take on modernized beach lounge dishes with an Indonesian twist, using local flavors and sustainable produce. The idea is to create dishes that can be familiarized by guests, for example the Asian classic spring rolls with traditional fillings have been replaced with Indonesian ‘babi guling’. One of the highlight dishes and a crowd favourite is the local Lobster Roll, a sustainable catch with lobster mayonnaise and a soft milk bun to hold all the flavors inside.
The variety has widened with multiple salad and vegetarian options to support the growing health conscious market within Canggu.
The new all day menu has been developed for fresh, yet flavoursome dishes whilst poolside on a daybed or undercover in the dining area. Sharing dishes are great for groups wanting to try a wide range of local flavors with a modern twist.

Not stopping there, we continued to work with world-renowned mixologists on some exciting upcoming additions to our cocktail menu including celebrating the rich and exotic ingredients of Indonesia’s archipelago.
An exciting moment for us as we hosted and catered the prestigious wedding of international music star Paul Fisher and model Chloe Chapman. It is an honour to see the happy couple and their guests indulging on our carefully curated culinary and cocktail menus.
