Our love for music has always been important in the way we do things at The Lawn Canggu. We are constantly looking for artists that suit our vibe and venue. We don’t just select at random, we care about how the artist fits and how you feel as a guest. We’ve had some of our favourite artists rock our Canggu paradise, from Anderson Paak to Six60, each show has created memories for all who were lucky enough to be a part of them.

It may be awhile before we are able to have a live performance again so we wanted to take you on a sonic trip down memory lane with a Spotify playlist featuring some of our favourite acts to grace The Lawns stage. Hit play and enjoy.

Our love for music runs deep in our bones, so there’s no surprise we’re still tapping the foot to these moments from the past 12 months. We thought we’d put together a little glimpse into just how rad our Friday’s At The Lawn just really were.

Where else do we start with than the charismatic multiple Grammy Award winning artist Anderson Paak who dropped by for an intimate set. Throughout his hour-plus set, the singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist appeared inexhaustible, even after walking his toes on the nose in the surf right out front. He played to an intimate crowd who were in awe of the rap star who didn’t disappoint leaving the crowd screaming for more.

Australian folk singer- songwriter Ziggy Alberts visited us right after his sold out Splendour in the Grass show and had everyone on their feet. We kicked things in our traditional style with a stage blessing in which it paved the way for a soulful show from the well adored musician. Ziggy is not one to be shy of the waves, even more so while having that spectacular sunset as a backdrop.

American rap star Swae Lee showed us why he’s one of the most exciting live acts around. After hanging out in Bali on a love trip, Swae fell in love with the vibes at The Lawn and jumped up for a surprise Friday set busting out his famed hit ‘unforgettable’ much to the amazement of the lucky ones in the house.

We want everyone to know that we support the people who are in the community of Bali and those who make this island for what it is beautiful and vibrant. Most importantly, we would love to inspire more and more people here and even globally around the world to recognize and be a part of the community.

N.W.A’s DJ Yella took us back to the early 90’s and Dylan Frost shared some magic with his solo acoustic performance, along with fellow kiwi’s Six60 & The Black Seeds who were just some of the talent to grace the stages here at The Lawn Canggu. For your chance to be amongst the best Friday’s on the island be sure to reserve your table here and kick it with some of the world’s raddest acts.
