
Introducing Executive Chef Braden White, who launches the new all day menu at Canggu’s favourite beach lounge. Braden White, former runner up for “Chef of the year Australia” has joined The Lawn Canggu family to create his take on modernised beach lounge dishes with an Indonesian twist, using local flavours and sustainable produce. Together with Indonesian Head Chef Yusuf Milyardi, both Chefs have created a brand new all day menu inspired by our island home.
